Moments in New Orleans (Part 2)This was my third time visiting this wonderful, distinctly unique city…and it won’t be the last. So much flavor…in the people, the sights and of course the food. I can’t get enough!

Deron Williams of the Brooklyn Nets sets new NBA record!Deron Williams of the Brooklyn Nets scored nine 3-pointers in the first half against the Washington Wizards…setting an NBA record!
The Brooklyn Nets are all smiles…I love shooting teams during their warmups, as you get to see another side to their personalities. Their uber-serious “game faces” aren’t on yet, and it’s fascinating to see players being much more lighthearted and frankly…more like one of “us”.. Photographing the Brooklyn Nets this season, I’ve seen a major change…when shooting them earlier this season when they losing practically every game, the mood was decidedly solemn. Now that they’ve turned things around and won their last 9 of 10 games, that solemnity has lifted…the Nets are smiling, joking…and much more at ease.
A Fog Grows in Brooklyn…Today’s is probably the heaviest fog I’ve ever seen in all my years living in NYC. Captured while on the subway this morning…
Brooklyn Nets vs Miami Heat on “Nickname Jersey...The NBA has implemented “Nickname Jerseys” across the league, adding even more fun to this high-octane sport. The Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat were the first teams to where them during an actual game…fans can purchase them at local stores. Some nicknames (eg LeBron’s “King James”) were pretty obvious, while others were a little surprising….
Brooklyn Nets vs. Milwaukee Bucks, Dec. 27, 2013As a photographer, there are few things more exciting than being up close and personal with the action you are shooting. It’s about knowing you are a PART of the scene…and capturing it for eternity…whether it’s a wedding, a concert or a professional basketball game. It’s about the thrill of doing what you love…to the highest degree. Barclays Center, Brooklyn New York
